Tax Exempt Status

Aquarius Foundation Inc. is in the process of applying for section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS, and we have every reason to believe our application will be approved. Once IRS approval is received, donations made to us in the interim will be retroactively tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

If you require immediate documentation of tax-exempt status, donations may be made via Diver’s Alert Network. Make checks payable to: Diver’s Alert Network, 6 West Colony Place, Durham, NC 27705.

Diver’s Alert Network has generously agreed to pass 100% of donated funds directly to the Aquarius Foundation. Donations via Diver’s Alert Network should clearly indicate that they are for the Aquarius Foundation.
